就我個人觀點，M9的立體感，空間感、層次感、真實感，還是大大勝出。
若是看不出來，那就使用M10吧。我目前還是以M9為主，M10-P為輔(新的水平儀超好用)。

I had owned two M240 before, later a M9P and now a M9. The M9P developed sensor problem and I sold it with full knowledge disclosed to buyer.
I never quite like M240 - ergonomics is one. But I think it boils down to how you are taking and processing your photo. I am the person who insist on taking with JPEG. And maybe some adjustment on exposure on my iPhone or some cropping. I do not and will never be interested in post processing at Raw.
This is where I see using a CCD based camera really becomes better at image quality. M9 suffered a lot on WB. Until the new firmware 1.2 something, the AWB is a joke. It was never accurate so I resort to using manual WB or using the preset level. Once you got that right, the JPEG coming out of M9 is superb! The CCD gives better transition between bright to dark, better between focused to out of focused. It is very close to film-like.
The M240 always have a strange color rendition. I am not sure what to say just I do not like it. I think without the EVF, the M9 let me enjoy rangefinder experience more albeit some difficult focusing because of optical viewfinder. Once in focus, the image quality is second to none.
I think if you do a lot of post-processing, you can adjust the image to the level that makes the difference almost indifferent. I also think the M10 is a big improvement over the M240 not only in handling ergonomics but also image captured.
For me, though I am not a black and white shooter, I prefer my Leica M9
you need to get one that has the sensor properly replaced (Sensor ID must be 15 or bigger in number) You are set to enjoy the absolute experience.
