Thanks for contacting us about your Order. We are currently experiencing an increased volume of e-mails which is causing delays to our usual speed of response. Rather than keep you waiting, we thought we would drop you an email with some information we believe may answer your query.

If you have emailed about receiving a faulty or incorrect item:

Firstly, we’re really sorry to hear you have not received your order in the condition we would have hoped.

If you’re emailing from within the UK, there is a Freepost label already on your returns note, which means it won't cost you anything to send the item back to us. Please stick it on the front of your parcel. Fill in the section on the returns note then put the note in your parcel when you send it back. It’s also important that you get proof of posting from your Post Office when you send it back, so if it goes missing in the mail you can show us you sent it. Please send the parcel back within 28 days. We do ask that you allow 14 working days for the parcel to reach us.

If you’re emailing from overseas, please use the sticky address label from the front of your delivery note when you send the item back to us. When you have sent the product back, please complete the attached form and fax it along with the postage receipt to +44 1442 835 850. Please return the parcel back to us within 28 days
As soon as your parcel turns up, we'll take a look at it, and then arrange your replacement (as long as the item is still available) or issue your refund within 24 hours (it'll take 5-10 days to appear in your account). If you have already sent your item back and are awaiting confirmation from us, please allow 14 working days from the date you posted it to us, for it to be processed.
General information about ASOS Returns:

As an online business, we aim to provide a Returns service that is totally hassle-free for you. From receipt, you have 28 days to decide if you want to return any item within your order. Just fill out the Returns Form enclosed with your order. Please be advised that Sale items are returnable under our Returns Policy.

If you require a refund...

喔,這個是系統直接回覆
所以很快
只有寫沒收到貨或缺貨處理標準程序
我收到就直接刪除
可能要到他們有人看過後才能處理吧

更新一下 後來又仔細看了一下 信的最後好像有寫如果不能解決問題就回信給他們 我就回覆看看 果然過沒多久就回信了 只是我下的單沒貨了 O的勒 說要退錢給我 剛剛又買了別件 發現竟然不用運費也 現在asos又免運費了 想買的快去吧

發現去寄DHL無敵貴又一堆文件要寫...跑去郵局寄也是要寫國際包裹的5聯單...如果是ASOS他們寄錯尺寸退換貨運費是

請問昨天收到STP的單 買了兩件不同尺寸的同樣衣服,但寄來卻是同樣尺寸,線上客服一直說是轉運商的錯,不承認是他們有錯,叫我自己想辦法寄去美國,可是運費已經可以買半件衣服了,請問各位大大如何處理啊
我是在ASOS上面買鞋子,
收到的看起來是別人穿過退貨的...
不過也是懶得跑退貨流程就留下來穿了(頂多把鞋墊換掉)
