Thanks for contacting us about your Order. We are currently experiencing an increased volume of e-mails which is causing delays to our usual speed of response. Rather than keep you waiting, we thought we would drop you an email with some information we believe may answer your query.
If you have emailed about receiving a faulty or incorrect item:
Firstly, we’re really sorry to hear you have not received your order in the condition we would have hoped.
If you’re emailing from within the UK, there is a Freepost label already on your returns note, which means it won't cost you anything to send the item back to us. Please stick it on the front of your parcel. Fill in the section on the returns note then put the note in your parcel when you send it back. It’s also important that you get proof of posting from your Post Office when you send it back, so if it goes missing in the mail you can show us you sent it. Please send the parcel back within 28 days. We do ask that you allow 14 working days for the parcel to reach us.
If you’re emailing from overseas, please use the sticky address label from the front of your delivery note when you send the item back to us. When you have sent the product back, please complete the attached form and fax it along with the postage receipt to +44 1442 835 850. Please return the parcel back to us within 28 days As soon as your parcel turns up, we'll take a look at it, and then arrange your replacement (as long as the item is still available) or issue your refund within 24 hours (it'll take 5-10 days to appear in your account). If you have already sent your item back and are awaiting confirmation from us, please allow 14 working days from the date you posted it to us, for it to be processed. As an online business, we aim to provide a Returns service that is totally hassle-free for you. From receipt, you have 28 days to decide if you want to return any item within your order. Just fill out the Returns Form enclosed with your order. Please be advised that Sale items are returnable under our Returns Policy.

If you require a replacement... If you have asked for a replacement this will processed within 24 hours of receipt. This is subject to available stock and you will receive an email when your replacement goods have been packed and dispatched. Replacements are sent using the same delivery service as the original order. If your requested replacement is not in stock, we will automatically refund you and an email will be sent to you to confirm this.
If you require a refund... Once we have processed your returned goods, we will issue a refund and send you an email confirming the details of what we have refunded. The refund will automatically be processed back to the card used to make the original purchase and can take up to 10 days to appear on your account, depending on who your card issuer is. Please note that it can take up to 14 working days for us to receive your returned parcel.
If you are waiting for your return to be processed... If you’ve already allowed 28 days and haven’t yet received an email letting you know your return has been processed, please get back in touch by replying to this email and attach your proof of posting or fax it to us on 01442 835850, including your order number. We will then sort out your replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
