沒錯，後場的防守少了兩員大將，一位是用腳步守的 Jrue Holiday，另一個是用腳守的 Grayson Allen。
但細想，Jrue Holiday 的節奏是有出狀況的，他盤球時間過長，又出現了把 Khris Middleton 下放當第六人的情況。Holiday 與 Middleton 相斥、不相融的惡果，也許，也埋下了要忍痛捨棄防守與進攻兼備的 Holiday。
在禁區有 Giannis 和 Brook Lopez 坐陣的局面下，我並不覺得公鹿的防守會多差。若 Jae Crowder 能恢復以往的強捍，他也可能是與 Damian Lillard 連手的搭檔。
