Kelly Oubre will be traded to the Grizzlies, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.com.
Sure, the Wizards could be in a pickle when Oubre needs to get paid more as a restricted free agent this summer, but he's having easily his best year of his career and has improved in the non-stat areas, as well. Oubre has proven his positional flexibility and he should be able to take minutes from Shelvin Mack, Garrett Temple and Omri Casspi to get him to 26-30 minutes off the bench or even as a possible starter over Temple. He should have already been owned in standard leagues and this could help his fantasy ceiling with a little more risk.
Trevor Ariza will join the Wizards as part of a 3-team deal.
Kelly Oubre will head to Memphis, while Austin Rivers, Dillon Brooks and Wayne Selden will head to the Suns. Ariza could slot right in next to Otto Porter (knee) once he's healthy and will be looking at a similar role in Washington. His owners in standard leagues should see how this shakes out for the time being, but Washington has been a mess all season just like Phoenix.
Austin Rivers will join the Suns as part of a 3-team trade.
First of all, what are the Suns doing? It's another questionable decision from their new front office, but in terms of fantasy it's a great landing spot for Rivers given Phoenix's lack of depth at guard. Rivers is a career 41.7% shooter from the field, but could be a nice source of counting stats, especially while Devin Booker (hamstring) is out. He's still unlikely to be anything more than a late-round player.
