Hi Dave,
Thank you for contacting Razer Mobile Support. We are glad to help.
This is with regards to your issue wherein the Nova launcher is not to its default as prime. We apologize for the late response and appreciate the patience.To help isolate the issue, we will provide you some basic troubleshooting steps. Please test/observe your phone after performing each of the following troubleshooting steps.
• Make sure your phone system is up to date.
• Perform Hard Reset, to do that simultaneously press and hold both the Power and the Volume Up button until the phone turn off. Let go of the buttons once you see the Razer Logo.
• Force stop the theme store app.
• Clear data cache and data of the Nova launcher then try it again.
• If you are using a Razer phone, set the phone to safe mode (This will disable all 3rd party apps). To do that, turn Off the phone, then turn it On. While the phone is booting up press and hold the volume down button then let go when feel a long virbration, once phone totally ON you will see the Safe mode at the lower left corner of the screen. Then observe if it is still happening. If it works then, there is a possibility that there is an app causing the issue. To exit on the Safe mode just Turn the phone Off and On.
• Perform Factory Reset.
NOTE: Before you perform Factory Reset, back up your data first.
