美國 Amazon 也提供電子書 7 天退款，Google 欺人太甚

剛剛看見美國 Amazon 提供電子書 7 天退款服務（實體書30天），

但 Google Android 卻僅有提供雞肋的 15 分鐘退款，
同樣都是美國廠商為什麼 Amazon 可以做到 7 天，但 Google 卻不行。

Amazon 這樣做根本不怕別人「看完就退」，
因為 Amazon 知道只要提供高品質的電子書，消費者根本不會退款。

相反的 Google 不好好審核 Android 軟體品質，
反而想要用苛刻的退款機制（15分鐘），獲取從低劣軟體來的不義之財。

Google 應該要和 Amazon 電子書之退款機制看齊，
儘速遵守台灣的法律，給予台灣消費者 7 天退款服務。

不要整天恐嚇台灣人民說要關閉 Android market，
Amazon 做得到 Google 也行。

Returning Kindle Content

「Any content you purchase for Kindle from the Kindle Store is eligible for return and refund if we receive your request within 7 days of the date of purchase. Once a refund is issued, you will no longer have access to the item. 在補充一點此條款只適用購自 "Kindle Store " 的電子書、軟體。

雖然給PC、MAC 個人電腦用的下載軟體，因為還沒有類似 DRM 的機制，
Amazon 無法確認民眾退款後是否真的刪除軟體，所以還無法退錢。
這還可以理解。

但 Android 不同，因為有和 Amazon Kindle 類似的保護機制，
使用者皆必須刪除或停用軟體才可以退款。

Google 完全沒有理由縮減退款時間到 15 分鐘，
不管於情於法皆不合理。

Android 裝置的競爭對手 iPad、Kindle，
皆可提供 7天 以上的退款時間。

而 Google 卻反其道而行，
從原先的24小時，縮短到 15 分鐘，
實在是罔顧消費者的權益。
