台北居大不易阿!從大安區、民生社區、中正、中山、文山區都看遍了，
最後選擇離上班較近的新北市-深坑，全新屋子~房價只要北市的一半不到
此為權狀28.85坪，實坪20左右，我人生的第一間小宅，兩房一廳一衛，
謝謝家裡的幫忙，才讓我有機會開這篇文
從1月9日搬進來，剛好入住快一個月，自己一個人住自由很多阿，目前家中成員為1人1貓

打完收工，祝每個人都有自己的窩，金窩銀窩都沒有自己的狗窩好~此刻我深深感受到

各位的問題我會一一PM給各位~如有漏掉沒回的，再請跟我說一下摟
裝潢總價部份，因怕被01誤認有廣告嫌疑!!
所以我只說要完成這樣大概就在500張~600張小朋友(不含家電、家具、冷氣)-
對我這薪水只有30K的我真的覺得不便宜阿...
因其實還是有很多要因人而去調整的，像配線、油漆、隔間很多因素....等等多多少少會影響到裝潢價錢~
但新房子因沒有拆除工程及管線問題，理應會要比較省一點...
其他想問比較詳細的問題，就請PM摟~或是還有人希望看多一點其他地方圖片的~我也會盡可能滿足大家需求:)
