這是我在allsaints第二次下單了，上一次我的訂單被取消，allsaints也沒有告訴我到底是什麼問題
但我想是我在這個環節沒有過，所以我的訂單被取消了
想請問各位有在allsaints 購物過的大大們，是不是也有收到一封需要回復的信件
信件內容如下:

用他們官網線上客服的功能 把訊息寄出了
我的信箱還會收到 沒有人回覆我 的信件......
