I have downloaded the GX30 Handset Manager from Sharp's website (http://www.sharp-mobile.com)
However, after installing everything (the Handset Manager and the IrDA modem driver), still cannot connect my GX32 to the Handset Manger using Infrared. It just shows "Trying to connect to the handset..."
Can anybody help?
Could it be:-
1. the GX30 software cannot be used with GX32 (so that you would pay $$ to SmarTone to buy the CD-ROM)
2. the phone is locked is someway so that Ir function cannot be used
3. there is some tricks in setting up? (I have checked everything including my Ir device, all functioning normally)
So frustrated cannot use the PC to edit stuffs (and I don't want to pay that extra $$ to buy that silly cable + CD-ROM). PLEASE HELP!!!
