材料
馬鈴薯 1顆
蛋2顆
起司片
牛油少量
蕃茄醬 少量
墨西哥辣醬 Tabasco 少量
沙拉醬少量
黑胡椒粉 少許

Materials
Potato 1
Eggs 2
Sliced Cheese 1
Ingredients
Seasoning
Butter
Tomato sauce
Tabasco
Mayonnaise
Black pepper

1.馬鈴薯外皮清洗乾淨 ,切半, 以保鮮膜包好,大火微波5分鐘
2.起司切條狀
3.馬鈴薯微波好後稍微放涼 ,趁有微溫時,挖取中間的肉,皮留厚度,此時馬鈴薯會軟中帶脆
4.在馬鈴薯杯內打一顆蛋,並在蛋黃戳一個小洞
5.蓋上起司,加辣椒醬,若無法吃辣可不加
6.因起司鹹,不加鹽,若有九層塔,也可加少許切碎的九層塔
7.以大火微波3分鐘
8.取出淋上蕃茄醬及沙拉醬,並撒上黑胡椒粉即可食用
1. Clean the potato , cut in half, wrap it in plastic
wrap, and high heat in microwave for 5 minutes.
2. Cut the cheese into slice.
3. Cooldown the potato for a while, dig out the
middle of potato, and keep the skin,make it like a
cup. potato will be soft in the inside and crisp for
out side.
4. Put egg in the potato cup and poke a small hole in
the egg yolk
5. Cover with cheese, add tabasco, if you do not like
it ,it's ok to not have it.
6. Because of cheeses slice already seasoning,not
need to add salt, also can topping some chopped
parsley.
7. Heating with microwave for 3 minutes.
8. Cover with tomato sauce ,mayonnaise and black
pepper.It's done!
