[求救] 金融卡插入讀卡機後,無法讀取~~~

在IE7(WinXP)環境下,當將金融卡插入電腦讀卡機,輸入密碼後,無法使用並出現如下錯誤訊息...
試過將卡片重新插入再輸入密碼,依然不行,並依然出現下列訊息...
