中華電信的Adsl,動態ip,上某些國外網站,會被視為駭客,無法進入,有何方法解決 ?

因用google sketchup,常上國外http://forums.sketchucation.com/

但最近都無法進入,出現下面訊息,查一下,好像hinet動態ip,被視為駭客通路,被阻擋掉
不知那位高手,有此經驗,提供方法解決,無限感激
