飛機抵達JFK時間為13:05，然後我已經訂好MegaBus的車票16:40
但我不知道要怎麼去比較好

這個意思是指從"4號航站"內部可以接到輕軌，然後在"Jamaica站"下車的意思嗎?

紅色那一條是通往機場外圍的紐約地鐵車站 Jamaica station ,轉乘 E train(終站World Trade Center方向)

所以是34 Street-Penn Station下車
沿34街走過三個街區, 在11街和12街之間, 有Megabus站牌
它也說M34公車站牌就在旁邊

就不必走三條街,5站後,在 W34 st/12 AV這個公車站下車, 也就是Javits center的對面

機場內各站的Airtrain不收錢,超出機場要收錢, 到Jamaica station出口的地方要收5元, 買Metrocard付費
到Jamaica station出口的地方,有買票機器,買7.5元的 MetroCard,
多的 2.5 元是for 到市區的E train
如果再搭公車,就儲10元

不必出站走Sutphin Boulevard 去搭 MTA Subway - Sutphin Blvd/Archer Ave/JFK (E/J/Z)這一站就在隔壁,位於B2層的E線,有站內的聯結道
