請問西方國家有貪汙罪嗎？有人因為貪汙被關嗎？
在東方社會貪汙罪只有一人不會犯就是中國皇帝整個國家都是皇帝的。英國在香港設立廉政公署，那請問在英國有類似機構嗎？因為看外國新聞很少有貪汙罪，幾乎都是公司造假數據假財報的新聞。

另外，不用到貪污，關說等會被妨害司法起訴。關說是透過遊說法案，好不好，見仁見智，但至少是檯面上，透明，知道那些人/團體花多少錢到誰。
