I spoke with un_skineer, he could not figure it out either.
Looks like the program can not find the data.txt and 1.jpg in the folder. One possible reason was one of the code might not "perform" well in ppc2002 even with ".Net". He will try to see he can find alternative code to work around.Edit:
I checked the .Net site in your post, it was only SP2. Maybe you should try the SP3. Here is the link.
If I don't have the Chinese system, I encountered the same problem as gworen. Sounds like you also got the same issue.
