因結帳時卡認證 以為沒成功
後來又再買一次
後來發現訂單有兩筆交易
但簡訊與信箱卻遲遲未收到信件
就在今天早上起床的時候
收到兩封刷卡的訊息
確認信箱也收到了
因無法退貨的關係
有沒有大大知道該怎麼處理這筆序號呢?
是否有辦法轉賣給需要的人呢?
