嗨,大家好。沒想到今天輪到我來發表我的Markus T T3 311斷裂的問題了。這麼貴的眼鏡框在使用了一年多兩個月左側轉軸就斷裂了。2015年10月回過店家保養過。斷裂的成因是轉軸不知何故卡住了,我在不知情的狀況下開闔眼鏡後就斷裂了,斷的那一片仍卡在轉軸處呢!是不是人為,我也不想跟店家說太多因為我也不懂機構原理,想當初這麼貴的鏡框,老闆也示範了彈性很好不會容易斷裂,結果是用了一年多就壞了。要我花大錢維修,我也真的養不起這高價框了。
我是在桃園百視特中山店配的,上星期去請店家幫忙處理,老闆就已經說明原廠都認為這種斷裂是人為因素,送回原廠鑑定果然如此,老闆說在努力壓低價格後報價4800。我上網看了一下才知道這災情不少,報價其實都不一。還好我Google了,因此我拒絕花錢維修,我打算先跟原廠反映一下人為因素的成因為何,若單純因為過保要收錢,我也不需要再跟原廠吵了,把事實告訴大家這是一個災情,想要考慮買Markus T的人可以參考一下。至於這眼鏡,我就另外找店家幫忙焊起來了,能撐多久就撐多久,畢竟鏡片也配的是很好的鏡片。
目前上網看是台南久必大眼鏡行有專業維修,請問各位先進,桃園或北部有推薦維修鏡框的店家嗎?感謝。
終於4/9通知焊接好了,店家說還凹了代理商組裝鏡片。照片中絞鍊處較黑的地方就是焊起來了的地方,難得這樣看清楚原來是挺細的腳啊。眼鏡能繼續用就好
