不知道是我的問題還是對方trade program 的問題.... 我trade 我的舊htc touch elfin 手機 但表格內只能選touch elf... 想說應該是一樣的( elfin 甚至是elf的升級版) 結果等了快一個月才跟我說無法給我100 塊加幣的rebate! 原因是說型號跟表格內手機選項不符和( 廢話!! 就沒得選啊!) 實際收到的手機價值低於申報手機價值( 所以說elfin 比elf還爛就是了?)
剛寫了信(罵)了回去! 等下文!
沒信沒真相: (信中的elf P3450 我寫錯了 ! 應該是elfin p3452.. 但是沒差啊! 原本選項就只能選這個) 想參加htc trade program 的人要考慮清楚 (為了補貼htc one 100塊加幣 損失一支手機= =...)

I really get confused on it! I am glad that you received my old phone and I got the status email from you today and said my reward should be received in 30 days. However when I check the status online it shows:"Unfortunately we're not able to offer you a reward. Better yet, the best reward for recycling your electronics is creating a better environment! Thank you for doing your part. " What is it mean? the phone i sent to you is HTC TOUCH / P3450 ELF, but you show it is unknown?
