相信在itune裡頭是找不到任何關鍵字是退費的吧?
一個沒上網研究退費教學的的人 是永遠找不到如何退費的(大噓)
好了 誰不google對吧 找一下
網路教學A 從Report a Problem去抱怨
要從帳號 找到購買歷史 找到訂單編號(這啥鬼方式?)
到目前已經夠麻煩了 尤其是在我這個樂於抓免費遊戲程式的人來說
經歷了幾次的 網路連線已逾時(這是故意的嗎?買遊戲都不會逾時的)
從小小的字裡終於找到我買過的爛程式
我要Report a Problem...喔耶 ...我點 我點 原來在前面很小很小的符號(現在是怎樣)
然後寫了一些原因 等待結果...
一天過去了 兩天過去了 這個高傲而無恥的軟體公司 一點回應都沒有(到目前一個月都快過去了 沒理會我過 好歹你改改版我也接受阿)
要再Report a Problem一次 抱歉 告訴你 you have already reported a problem with this
怒了 先去給軟體最爛評價(賽微公司一點都不在意的樣子) 再搜尋網路教學B
一樣要查訂單編號(煩~)
要想辦法寫信過去 (從蘋果網頁 找客服 以下載錯誤去找到客服信箱?夠扯)
只有英文格式 (我明明買的是中文軟體阿ORZ)
然後八拉八拉的寫了一堆破英文(我承認是從網路教學複製貼上改一點點)
過了三天之後 可能蘋果會回信告訴你 當然是英文的
然後八拉八拉的告訴你他們很忙 很抱歉 八拉八拉的 最後說
