Got it, base on what I found, there is currently an ongoing issue, due to the transition, there are cases of missing contacts and chats right now, and since yours also has missing contacts, it could be that it is also affected by the ongoing issue. This issue happened because of the ongoing migration of Skype with teams. The good thing though is that this issue is already being fixed by our developers however there is no time frame yet given as to how long the issue will be fixed.
