If you're to use A2 to listen some decent music, I think would be worth of upgrade, plus if you're gonna get uDAC2, that sould be a great package already ...
Altec Lansing MX5021 is a dynamic speaker so it touches every kind of music in some basis, though a bit shallow ...
My thought is that plastic cannot compete with wood made speaker especially when the sound quality is close enough to home audio on your desktop ...
