其中方式有兩種:
一.RMA至香港,RMA返回的是原規格的記憶卡
二.RMA至美國,因為CFIUS限制的緣故,所以是採用,refund退款方式,所以申請RMA不會收到返還記憶卡,會收到退款

A.先來談談RMA至香港的方式:
首先,需寄mail告知客服,因lexar被江波龍收購,所以亞太區RMA Mail,最後會轉到江波龍客服手上,
這裡提供聯絡窗口 Email Address.
官方表定的亞太區email聯絡窗口:[email protected]
江波龍內部轉RMA信件的email聯絡窗口:[email protected]
最終面對費者處理RMA的email聯絡窗口:[email protected]
若不想等待RMA信件被轉寄的時間,建議三個email都寄,或是選擇寄第一個+第三個email.
至於信件內容就大略寫寫描述記憶卡故障,需要出保固,這裡提供簡單範例:
"Dear Lexar support team:
I buy a lexar microsdxc 512g card,and it seems out of function,
so i need to apply RMA with Lexar.
Please tell me how to do?
Where i can do the RMA pcocess?
I Live in Taiwan.
Thanks!!"
接下來對方會回信要求你:
- Proof of purchase(首先需提供原購買證明,所以我之前有說,你在台灣買的是水貨,賣家有開發票,就有保固,是無濟於事的且很可笑的事)
- Product Laser Code(雷刻lot編號資訊),拍下卡片背面的雷刻編號照片,如果客服是問Product Type,lexar 512G,就回答lexar 633x a2 u3 v30 512g mircosdxc memory card
- Product picture(需附上實物記憶卡照片,建議正反雙面都拍,者要客服要確認卡片是否有外傷,上面有提到,對方需要卡片背面的雷刻lot編號做確認)
再來,客服接受了你的申請案件,會給你一組RMA Number以及要把故障卡片寄回的香港address.
因RMA Case number有時效性,時效大約是一個月,一個月內對方沒收到返回卡片,就需要另申請一組RMA Number.
信件內容大概是:
Please send the card back to the address as below:
Room 5A, 5/F China Travel Hip Kee Godown No.2 Godown,1 Cheong Hang Road, Hung Hom, Kowloon, Hongkong Contact：c.k.man
Phone: 00852-23850111 Your RMA# is TW20190xxxxxxx,
please attach the RMA# with the card and provide tracking#.
Thank you.
We will do the necessary once it returns.
接下來就是去郵局,單純把記憶卡寄還給上述地址,
切記!!只要寄回卡片本身,轉卡跟包裝都不需要!!
郵局可選擇有海關駐守的郵局,如果海關要查驗,也比較方便,
至於郵寄方式,建議選擇寄國際航空小包(非快捷,快捷很貴!!),郵寄費用約在台幣百元上下.

查詢運費方式:國際航空函件-國際航空小包-選擇交寄地區-輸入重量
郵局會叫你填一張簡易的invoice,照實填寫,並在invoice上註明是RMA
接下來就是等對方收到卡片後,會再把新的卡片return寄回你手上
收到卡片的時間,大約是對方收到卡片的7~14工作天內
B.再來談談RMA至美國的方式:

一開始接洽,開頭的信件內容可參考RMA至香港那部分,
接下來對方同樣會跟你釐清幾個問題點,照實回答就好,以下是Q&A的範利參考:
1.Q:Please provide a description of the problem you're experiencing.
A:Card Reader can't recognize this laxar microsdxc card.I am sure that this card is out of function,
Need to RMA to Lexar.
2.Q:Please include the size/capacity, speed (number followed by "x") and card type (SD, microSD,
CompactFlash etc.).
A:size:512GB/Spec:A2/U3/V30/633X Speed/Microsdxc card
3.Q:Have you tried plugging the card into one or more computers or used a different card reader?
A:Yes,i tried to my desktop-PC(win 7)and my notebook(win 10),and use two different card reader(both card reader are Transcend RDF5/Kingston MobileLite G4)
4.Q:If you are using an SD card adapter, is the lock switch on the left hand side in the "up" position (closest to metal contacts)?
A: I Don't use any card Adapter
5.Q:Also, what is your operating system?
A:Desktop-PC(WIN 7 Ultimate),Notebook(WIN 10 PRO)
接下來,會一關一關,更換許多不同美國人的窗口,分別請你提供Paypal帳號(沒paypal帳號,去申請一個即可,很方便)/購買證明,還有記憶卡實物正反面照片.
並確認要退你款項的金額,會換算成美金跟你確認金額無誤,
並會提供你寄回RMA的address,與你申請的RMA Case number
因每次申請要寄回的address不盡相同,這裡就不提供範例了
流程跟寄回香港一樣,單獨寄回卡片本身,不含轉卡跟卡片包裝,
會收到對方這樣的信件:
Below is your RMA# QBxxxxx created according to your request.
We will be issuing you a refund in the amount of $103.63 USD ($699.00 CNY).
Please ship your return to the following address: Lexar xxxx Attn: RMA# QBxxxx xxxx xxxxx xxxx xxxxxx, TN 37167
Product must be sent back to the above address within 30 days of the date that the RMA was issued,
(0x/0x/19).
RMAs are automatically closed out after 30 days, and a new number will need to be obtained after that time.
If this is not enough time for you, please let us know. All returns are handled on a wait to receive basis.
Please make sure you have saved your data to another location before you return your Lexar product.
Please do not return any adapters or readers that came with the card or flash drive.

查詢運費方式:國際航空函件-國際航空小包-選擇交寄地區-輸入重量
至於寄美國國際航空小包,費用大約在100多台幣上下,
並記得填寫郵局簡易invoice時,註明是RMA,(詳細流程可參考寄回香港那一段)
寄出後,再給對方tracking no,並寄出者請同步追蹤包裹狀態.台灣郵局國際航空小包號碼會轉變成美國郵局的tracking no,

一旦對方收到你的故障記憶卡,就會開始做退款refund到你的paypal帳戶的流程,
請各位耐心等待,並可隨時email詢問退款進度,
最後,你將會得到Paypal退款與入賬通知,
