I always mentioned the initial delay from GSF(stock suspension)...

The below is my conclusion...
GSF (stock suspension) >>> delay: 5
GSF (Ohlins DFV 16K/12K) >>> delay: 1
M4(competition) >>> delay: 4
2007 G35S(PSS10) >>> delay: 3

I think new GSF body structure is VERY STIFF!!!

How about my wife's 2010 M35X(stock suspension)...

I think it's 8!!! (very slow)

However, if I put PSS10 on M35X, I think it would be as nimble as M4!!!

I am talking about nimbleness(lighted-foot feel) for cars, not the lap time...

Actually I'm not interested in the lap time because I don't do street racing... (To reduce the lap time I can just put more sticky or wider tires for my cars but my GSF is already very fast and faster than maximum lawful speed limits)

I just need a car which is very nimble, lighted-foot and also gives me more confidence...(main factors to contribute fun or make you smile without breaking the law) I think all I need is just stiffer springs and more sophisticate dampers to calm down those more stiff/irritable springs...

Of course, if the body structure is not so stiff, you may need to put some additional chassis braces to firm up the body structure because after you put stiff springs and sway bars on your car the softest link is not the springs or sway bars any more but the body structure...

Today I drove my GSF again...

Right! Ohlins DFV provides better and more refined ride but again, I think PSS10 is already very good and fun!!!

Just like cars, at this level you pay twice of the price but only get 10-15% better!!!

I think people need to be smarter when buying a car today...

Maybe German cars are 10% better than similar Japanese cars but German cars are usually more expensive and 100-200% less reliable. Therefore you have to change your car every 5-10 years if your car is a German car.

I would rather buy the most expensive Japanese car and keep it for 10-20 years. Of course the most expensive Japanese car is at least 50% more fun than those average German cars (except AMG, M, Porsche, etc)

My GSF is expensive but if you consider its lifespan, actually my GSF is cheaper than E300(if you keep GSF for more than 15 years) and at least 50% more fun than E300!!!

PS: German cars are not that bad if you compare them with other cars except Japanese cars. In fact, German cars are still more reliable than French or Italian cars and more refined than American cars...

By the way my GSF was a very new used car (6 month old and around 600 kms)... So my GSF is cheaper than C300!!! And, I'm pretty sure my used GSF will be as reliable as any brand new GSF in the future!!!

Actually like all Toyota or Lexus used cars, any used GSF less than 3 year old or 50K kms without extensive abuse will still be very reliable in the future!!!

Will I buy expensive Ohlins DFV again in the future???

I think I will... Why?

Because I always bought these extremely reliable used Japanese cars which already saved me a lot of money and effort... Even though Ohlins DFV is very expensive but not so much better than PSS10, I'm still very willing to buy one to maximize my driving pleasure!!! (because I already save a lot of money on buying and maintaining cars)

PS: My son's 13.5 year old 2007 G35S(my previous car) was a 3 year old used car when I bought it and it's still very fun and extremely reliable so far!!!

OMG!!! C300 in Taiwan is much more expensive...

In USA, IS300 F Sport is more expensive than C300 but in Taiwan, IS300 F Sport is cheaper than C200!!!

Therefore, a very new used GSF in Taiwan is not only cheaper than C300, but also cheaper than C200!!! (I think people really do some calculation when buy these expensive and unpractical German cars. Also, MB Taiwan really needs to lower their prices!!!)

Of course, if you are a German car enthusiasts and only buy German cars, you can definitely keep buying those German cars...(I'm TOTALLY fine... Actually I hope you keep the same way and don't compete on buying Japanese cars with me!!!)

I'm here, just want to provide some unbiased messages for general public...

I found a 2016 used GSF in Taiwan which was around 50K kms and asking around NTD2,000,000.

If that GSF's condition is OK, I believe 6 years later this used GSF will be more reliable than 6 year old C300 !!!

For 10 year ownership...
Brand new C200 = NTD2,270,000
Brand new C300 = NTD2,790,000
Used GSF = NTD2,000,000 + 10*35,000(additional auto tax for the 5000cc engine) = NTD2,350,000

So that used GSF is definitely cheaper than C300.

In my opinion, that GSF should also be as cheap as a C200... Why? After 6 years MB will become very unreliable... The repairing bill for MB will be much higher than Lexus even though that GSF is a used car!!!

So, that GSF is as cheap as C200, will be more reliable than C200 10 years later and always at least twice more fun than C200 since you own that GSF!!!
