I think the most important thing to keep my G, M in a top shape all the time is "Put a good oil like Mobil 1 synthetic every 3-3.5K miles or 6 months" This may not be the most efficient way but it did keep my G/M running fast. Of course I also exercise my G/M frequently (drive them spirited from time to time)

I think only red sport(400hp) can beat my's OLD G record(5.05)

I didn't say my old G was faster than those new Qs. In fact those new Qs felt faster than my old G(of course). I just wonder why my OLD G ran faster in 0-96 kph test. It's actually a quite interesting topic, I think.

Low rpm
3.7 > 3.5 > 3.0t

Mid rpm
3.0t >> 3.7 > 3.5

High rpm
3.7 > 3.5 >= 3.0t

I would like to say this new 3.0t in mid range rpm was VERY GOOD...

I also expect RS400 response as below:

Low rpm
3.7 > 3.5 > RS400

Mid rpm
RS400 >>> 3.7 > 3.5

High rpm
RS400 > 3.7 > 3.5

300 hp is not slow. Car and driver tested Q50 3.0t (300hp, AWD) which was 5.0 flat...

I find some used 2018 Q50 3.0t are quite cheap. (Because they all are rental cars)

I tried used cars before and they're all very good. Maybe I can try a rental car this time...

One more thing. I think Nissan new 3.0 turbo engine has VERY VERY GOOD response in mid range. Even though it is paired with 7 speed transmission which the cruise rpm on highway is around 2000 comparing with 3000 rpm on my old G35S and M35X. Surprising new 3.0 turbo engine feels as fast as my old G/M without below average MPG on highway.
