I think she really like GSF a lot. She said it was so stable on curve mountain highway. She also said she finally realized why so many people wanted performance cars. In my opinion, my G with KW V3 and bigger sway bars could do the same 6 years ago. G also felt more nimble and changed direction even faster than GSF but GSF feels much more comfortable.
Now go back her M35X. She said her M was somewhat unstable even when the speed was only around 70 km/h. But she said that its engine, steering, brake all were still good except unstable ride. As I mentioned before only weak point of her M is its shock absorbers. Maybe the body roll in M is a little too much for my taste but you can definitely feel its weak shocks even in straight roads with over 60 km/h.
About MPG I think Nissan tunes this VQHR engine in sport mode all the time. Yes. Toyota makes better cars but I think if Toyota do the same like Nissan, my GSF will not save so much gas like now.
If you check road test comparison in Motortrend magazine back to 2005, its handling is better than BWM 5 and Mercedes E class. In addition this generation is more focus on performance than latest generation Q70 but latest generation Q70 is more refine, comfortable, quiet, I think.
The only other car he has tried is 2006 Acura TL in driving school. Maybe the car he drove in driving school was already ruined by student drivers...
Because my G has race car suspension + sticky summer tires + super reliable Nissan engineering. So he/she has no chance...
I also turned 1 click firmer for my G's 4 Bilstein shocks last week. So now the ride become stable like new again.
(I usually turn 1 click firmer every summer and replace coilover every 3 year. I also sold the old one on Internet to save some money.)
