塑化劑危害基因　學者：嚴重損害心血管

台灣師範大學今天(31日)發表最新研究報告，指出塑化劑會造成基因毒性，長期食用除了容易罹患泌尿、生殖疾病，也對心血管、肝臟不利，特別是對心血管危害最大。
這項報告是由台師大生命科學系助理教授沈林琥、高雄醫學大學環境醫學研究中心教授李水龍組成的研究團隊，利用生物資訊和毒理基因組學的方法，針對16種不同塑化劑進行分析，和暴露在這些塑化劑造成的基因、蛋白質毒性，造成人類疾病的影響，一年多以來研究近40年的全球研究和數據，刊登在3月《基因組學》期刊。

Abstract

Phthalates are widely used as plasticizers(塑化劑) to soften and increase the flexibility in polyvinyl chloride plastics,
but they can leach into the surrounding environment. There is sufficient evidence in rodents that phthalate exposure
causes developmental and reproductive toxicity(再生毒性).

The curated interactions between 16 phthalates and genes/proteins were obtained from Comparative Toxicogenomics Database (CTD), and a total of 445 interactions between the five most frequently curated phthalates (DEHP/MEHP and DBP/BBP/MBP) and 249 unique genes(基因)/proteins(蛋白質) were found. The Geneontology(基因本體), pathways and networks of these 249 unique genes/proteins
were fully analyzed. The pathways and networks of top 34 genes/proteins were found to be very similar to those of the
249 unique genes/proteins. Thus, the top 34 genes/proteins may serve as molecular biomarkers of phthalate toxicity.

The top three phthalate toxicity categories were found to be cardiotoxicity(心臟中毒性), hepatotoxicity(肝細胞毒性)
and nephrotoxicity(毒性腎損害),and the top 20 diseases included cardiovascular(心血管), liver(肝臟), urologic(泌尿道),endocrine(內分泌) and genital(生殖器) diseases.
