B1為停車空間就不分享了，屋齡不到十年的中古屋，但廚房、浴室、陽台都有許多漏水問題，裝潢處理完這些問題再加以美化，已不見當初的老舊，加上一些小巧思讓房子多了變化，希望對將要裝潢房子的朋友們有些幫助喔。
