微軟四月份發佈了 MS13-028 到 MS13-036 共 9 個安全性更新，其中 MS13-036 所包含的 KB2823324 安全性更新與卡巴斯基防毒軟體衝突，可能會造成電腦不斷的重新開機與檢查磁碟，微軟官方建議用戶暫時先解除此安全性更新。

MS13-036 中的 KB2823324 安全性更新主要是更新 Windows 檔案系統核心模式驅動程式 (ntfs.sys)，Windows 7 及 Server 2008 的用戶在安裝更新後，可能會造成系統無法套用安全性更新無法復原而不斷的重新啟動電腦 (事件識別碼 55 或 0xc000021a Stop 錯誤)。

微軟已經移除 KB2823324 更新的下載連結，並且建議已經安裝更新的使用者將此更新移除。

此更新所產生的問題很可能是卡巴斯基防毒軟體造成的錯誤。 美麗島雲端安全科技 (FormasaAuditor) 建議已經安裝更新的用戶不論是否遇到開機問題，都先暫時解除安裝此更新。卡巴斯基防毒軟體用戶則盡快更新至最新版本。

如果無法正常啟動電腦，用戶可以在重新開機時按 F8，選擇【修復您的電腦】，然後選擇【系統還原】來還原上次的還原點，再入正常模式重新開機。
