因為看王胤之或是范老師的身材,總覺得很恐怖的瘦
雖然范老師說今年KOM備戰的準備不好,78月都調整不佳,但身型過瘦的結果反而讓他11月KOM創下好成績
我參考John的FB也有說到,他認為賽前儘可能少吃減輕體重,最後幾天再回復正常飲食,會有體能爆衝的感覺
這似乎有驗證到相同的道理?!

My diet is very hard, and sometimes I dont eat lunch, to loose more weight. It is a bit crazy.... yes and not so healthy. But very efficient. The problem is, when your brain tells you to eat more in the evening. That is okay. But make it salat or steam vegis. So less calorie. How do I go fro 3-5 hr traning with out eating. Not easy. You will have less power and energi. But when you start eat normal again you will get a energi boost like nothing else. So dont think so mutch about it.
