第一個是車隊租賃，有分短租或是長租，其中比較要注意的是短租車(EX 機場租車)
若是長租則無所謂，就像國內的租購車一般
第二個應該是排汙OR某安全檢查未過記錄，覆上原文給你參考

第三個代表有貸款記錄。這個最沒差，既然有辦法清關出口，就算有欠前銀行也不能找你要吧 XD
