Beiguan Tidal Park is located in Toucheng , Yilan, on the northeastern coast of Taiwan. The south side is equipped with South Pass, creating symmetry and becoming the gateway to the Lan Yang region. It is a very beautiful seaside park. Looking south from the viewing platform, one can see Guishan Island and the Lan Yang plain from afar, and when viewed up close, one can enjoy the magnificent sight of huge waves pounding the shore. "Beiguan Tide" in the eight scenic spots of Lan Yang refers to this place.
北關海潮公園在臺灣東北角沿岸，位於宜蘭頭城鎮，南端設有南關，遙相呼應，成為進出蘭陽的門戶，是一座非常優美漂亮的海濱公園。在觀海臺上南望，可遠眺龜山島及蘭陽平原，近看則驚濤拍岸，蘭陽八景中的「北關海潮」即指此地。
