AT2007.7mm thick 10.1-incher
Sneak peaked by Notebookitalia yesterday, Toshiba has now officially announced its latest tablet, the AT200. As rumours previously suggested, the new tablet features a 7.7mm thick chassis, 10.1-inch screen and a dual-core TI OMAP 4430 processor.
The new AT200 is pretty light at 558grams and has a Texas Instruments OMAP 4430 dual-core processor clocked at 1.2GHz. The rest of the specs include a 10.1-inch LED-backlit 1280x800 screen, Android 3.2 OS, 1GB of memory, up to 64GB of flash storage that can be extended via microSD card, a rear 5MP cam with flash and front 2MP one. As far as the connectivity goes, you'll get your usual WiFi, Bluetooth, micro HDMI and micro USB port.
Although the battery specs haven't been detailed, Toshiba did say that it should keep the tablet running for up to eight hours. Unfortunately, the price or a precise launch date also haven't been announced but Toshiba did say that it should hit retail/e-tail shelves before the end of the year.
